    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    can not connect to xbox live

    got new comcast xfinity x1 and ever since i can not connect to xbox live. when i run the test connection on my xbox 360 it says my network my internet and my live connection are good. comcast says its an xbox issue and will not help. Hope i can find some
    help here.

    Same issue. My brother is playing just fine on his xbox one. I have Comcast as my isp and it seems like all my xbox live friends who have Comcast are all having the same issue. Also, the time being displayed on my Xbox is wrong don't know if that is a effect
    of this connection issue too. My internet works fine for both other wire and wireless devices connected to my router. Hopefully, someone is able to figure this issue out quick.
