    Help. No sound from Comcast television whatsoever...

    I have my Comcast routed through my XBOX ONE via HDMI pass through. Although the XBOX ONE works perfectly and has great audio, my Comcast does not have any audio whatsoever.

    Please help me troubleshoot this!

    Microsoft teaming with Comcast on Wi-Fi issue

    Anybody having Wi-Fi issues with Comcast while playing Xbox One will be glad to know Comcast is working on it. Microsoft is working with them to get ahold on what's causing the issue.

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    I chat with Xbox Live support and they said that the issue has to do with my internet provider (Comcast). They asked that I contact them and have them reset and re-provision my modem due to an issue with Comcast and Xbox live servers communicating with each
    other....not sure if any of you have comcast, but I'm on hold with them now. I'll report back and let you know if that fixes my issue.

    fixed mine... got rid of my Comcast Technicolor 8305 modem/router and bought my own modem and router... problem solved. Not sure if you have the same modem/gateway... but it appears there are issues with that on comcast and xbox
