    Hey there! Do you have Comcast by any chance? If yes, can you tell me the model number that you have for your device you got from them? If no, can you test the connection once more, then hit A for More Info and tell me what the error message is at the top
    of the screen?

    If the app isn’t working on your console based on the region you set, this means it isn’t available yet in Finland.

    As far as I’m concerned, the app is available in the US, UK, Italy, Spain, Canada and other few countries.
