    Hello monerogers

    If you are using the Xfinity Xfi feature this provide your modem with an extra security firewall and to let the Xbox get conected to the Wifi you need to allow this device in your network.

    Follow the next steps or follow the link i left here:

    1. Visit xfinity.com/myxFi or open the xFi app and sign in with your Xfinity username and password.
    2. Select Network from the Overview section.
    3. Select Advanced Settings under More Options.
    4. Select Port Forwarding from the menu.
    5. Select Add Port Forward.

    Live appears to be down for comcast customers in east central indiana. I have several friends in several different towns but all are comcast customers and none of us can get on live. We have internet connectivity but no Live. We have reset our modems and
    routers. I am not sure if this is a comcast problem or a live problem.
