    Comcast (ISPs): I keep getting disconnected from wifi
    Hello!

    Since you've already hard reset your system several times, here's a few other things to try.

    Power down & Disconnect your system from power for about 30 seconds, then reconnect and power it back on

    Reboot your networking equipment

    Move the Xbox closer to the wireless router

    Try connecting it with a cable (even if it's just to test)

    I'm not going to even dignify your response with an answer read my post a long with all the comments and see that other players are having the same exact issues. Then use my solution to fix their problems.

    ????????Is Anyone Else Sick of All The Console Problems???????

    Try power restarting your xbox by hold down the xbox button of 10 seconds and wait 1 minute and and turn it on and if it doesn't work reply back

    So i just bought a new xbox one s and when ever im playing a game or try and join a party i keep getting randomly disconnected from wifi. Also when i tryed to check my detailed network statistics it doesnt show my upload or my download speed
    Try power restarting your xbox by hold down the xbox button of 10 seconds and wait 1 minute and and turn it on and if it doesn't work reply back
