    Yeah on your xfinity account on devices you might have the xbox on pause like i did or check using the app/website of xfinity account

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    I got the same error code. What worked for me was disconnecting from my wifi. Signing out, then back in. Playing a video to test it and it worked. Then I signed back into my wifi and it continued to work. Either it's a connection issue or a comcast internet
    connection issue.
