    I have followed every step on the forum and nothing changes. I am getting kicked from XBOX Live constantly. Advise how to fix please.

    Also it's not random times that I disconnect. It seems to happen every 20-30 minutes. I fully disconnect from Xbox Live altogether.

    Weird connection issue!

    Ok. So our Internet has been down for a couple days, and today a guy from century link came and fixed our Internet so everything was fine. But then after about 20 -30 minutes of playing online matches (GTA), I get disconnected from the game. Then a few
    seconds later I get disconnected from Xbox LIVE. So I sign back in everything was fine again, but then 20-30 minutes later the same thing happens. Again. But when I then tested my connection (went slow) says I connected correctly and I'm able to connect to
    LIVE but said I had a NAT error and needed to change the type or something like that. But now I disconnect from a game every 20-30 minutes online, and it's really getting annoying. Please Help.

    Most likely there's a port blocked... ports can be blocked in your router, modem, or at your ISP. Since the Xbox 360 uses different ports than PCs & Macs use, you can't see the effect of a port blockage except on the Xbox. A sequential power cycle is the
    first step in clearing a port blockage:

    1) turn off the Xbox then

    2) unplug the power from the router (Some folks have a combination modem-router AKA 'gateway'. If so, skip step 3).

    3) unplug the power from the modem.

    4) Wait at least 30 secs then replug the modem (or gateway) power.

    5) Wait 'til the light on the front of the modem (or gateway) which says ONLINE, READY, CABLE or DSL is on solid (not flashing), then plug in the router. If you have a gateway instead of a modem and router, then when that light says it's ready, skip step
    6.

    6) Wait until the WiFi light on the router is on; you may not use WiFi, but it's still a good indicator your router is finished booting up.

    7) Turn on the Xbox.

    There could be a number of reasons for a system to intermitently disconnect from the service. Since there are so many possible reasons, here is a list of several steps that you can take to try and resolve the issue:

    - Clear the system cache twice:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    - Restart your modem and router by unplugging them both for 30 seconds

    - Restore you network settings to factory defaults:
    support.xbox.com/.../error-cant-connect-wireless-network-978945

    - Delete and redownload your gamertag:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    - Set up port forwarding on the router:
    support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live

    Maybe, it's because your using a wireless connection, try using a wired connection to see if this improves your services.
