    Comcast: download speed not the same as the detailed network statistics


    Comcast (ISPs): download speed not the same as the detailed network statistics
    So i just moved and we got our internet moved here and when i go into the detailed network statistics it says that I have a 530 Mbps download speed but when i download a game, the download speed averages a 200 Mbps. why is the download speed so much lower
    then when i did the detailed network statistics?

    Alright. Mind going into Settings - Network - Detailed Network Statistics and mind telling me the Download Speed, Upload Speed, Packet loss, Latency and Wireless Strength.

    downloading problems

    It doesnt help. status is all fine but downloading speed is still the same. There's a detailed network statistics on xbox, and I checked the download speed in it is only 4.16mbps yet I run the similar test on pc using the same network, it says i have 200mb
    internet bandwidth.

    An added bit here. Detailed network statistics show my download speed to be .07 mbps whereas when I run a speed test on my laptop hardwired it shows it to be in the mid teens of mbps. Upload speeds show to be the same on both platforms.
