    Combining accounts


    I discovered there are XBox Gold accounts, one connected to my husband's email and one connected to mine. This means two separate charges every month. Can I combine these into one account and only 1 subscription or does my husband have to have his own account? My son and I share mine on multiple devices, so I don't see why my husband needs a separate account just for his device. Can his progress on his game and the packs he has purchased be transferred to my account or will he loose everything and have to start over?

    You can't merge accounts I'm afraid. You can promote an offline (local) account to access Live but each profile will remain a separate entity.

    Hello. Unfortunately you can't combine two Xbox accounts. The only thing you could do is game share, so you can play the games and content you purchased on your friends account using yours.

    You won't be able to transfer any game saves to your account.

    You can share the subscription on Xbox consoles and PCs, but it's not possible to combine accounts, if you let me know the device you use I can share the steps to share suscriptions

    Offline has the most gamerscore, online is the one with less....

    Could I delete the online one and use my live email on the offline one then?

    Apologies but completely disagree. The items are licensed to the person who purchased it.

    Since one would have the username and password to both accounts and technically it is simple, the chance of, "fraud" is insignificant.
