comanion and intiates problems HELP please

how come i can not do any of the companion missions and why carn't i level my rank up on initiates?

Hi there.

I would really use your help.

Recently my Xbox 360 Slim is having

RDOD and Frezzes in start/dashboard/game.

Here is the list what I have done

trying to fix it.

• I try'd to clear chacke memory on
  
  HDD – didnt help
  
• I try'd to pull out my HDD and
  
  start it without it, still frezzes
  
• I have unplugg my power supply
  
  from console, unplugged HDMI cable, put it back and still same
  
  problem.
  
• I have switched HDMI cables 3
  
  different cables / and different HDMI ports on TV but still didnt
  
  get rid of that problem.
  
• I switched to normal AV cabel (3
  
  collored one) – still same problem.
  
• I updated my TV software, try'd
  
  change HDMI options on TV/Console – nothing.
  
• I have try going trough Xbox
  
  support procedure "frezzing problem" but I already have
  
  done that before and didnt help.
  

And this is how my problem goes by

steps:

First I power up my console and it frezzes on Xbox logo screen.

Second time it frezzes on dashboard.

Third time it show RDOD (red dot of death?)

and fourth time it's working and I can play games "normaly" untill I power off console. Then next time same procedure, if any luck it works perfecty if not, same steps

to get it work "normaly".

Console is having good ventilation of air and I don't think that's the problem.

And I'm curious is there any options or

button to restart console system? So everything woul'd be fresh like

on the first startup?

And is it possible that console is giving me that problem because bad update?

On last Microsoft update my console was updating and in some point power went off in my house. When I turn it back on, update has been going from beginning but still, is it possible to harm console that way?

The issue is with UPlay and Ubisoft, not with Microsoft. You'd have to ask over there, as Microsoft has absolutely nothing to do with that companion app.
