Com banned for the second time, and I’m innocent

Hello, my names Jake, I have a problem, I have been recently, in the past day, been communications banned for the second time. This is a problem because I have not trash talked, in game, via voice, or in messages, in the past days, I’ve only talked to my
xbox friends, I have not team killed in this game, and yet I’ve been communications banned for the second time, for no apparent reason, I have no history of aggravating anyone. This has caused so much trouble for me, in playing games, or just talking to friends,
communication is key in this game. If anyone can help, it would be very appreciated. I’ve also attempted to apply for review but when I answer the first question it just shows an exit button, that takes me back to my past enforments on my account.

Banned from xbox live

my account is banned from xbox live for no reason... the reason they said was (cheating) but it’s not true... i’m not a modder or something and i’m banned for 2 weeks... i hope they can fix it and check my account but i don’t like it... i think i’ll buy
a playstation or something... this is the second time in 1 week. Please fix it or i will fix it. ()

I really would like an answer to this serious question. How come when little teenagers cuss you out on Xbox playing a **** game they shouldn’t even be playing I’m the first place and you report them and they don’t get banned but the instant they report you
then you get banned immediately and for two weeks? This is **** and honestly why I think Xbox shouldn’t even have an enforcement policy considering people abuse it half of the time anyways and everyone in the enforcement team is just like oooh banned oooh
banned without a second thought.

 

If you believe this is a mistake, then you need to file a case review with the enforcement team. The case review process is the only way to communicate with the enforcement team as they do not monitor these forums and do not have a phone number to contact
them with. The process for filing the case review is explained in this link: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

Be aware that part of the case review process is to take a quiz over your understanding of the Code of Conduct which you can also find at the same link. I must pass the quiz if not you will have to wait 24 hours before you try again. I would also recommend
that you review the "Stay Safe" tab in the link too.

 

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
