    So i called my friend a jerk and i got com banned for 2 weeks!! Xbox made a huge mistake. I shouldnt have to call them to resolve their own issue. Xbox is honestly starting to get on my nerves.

    If you got communication banned for an xbox message then that means your friend reported your message.

    here    . Otherwise you will have to wait out your ban.

    Hi There,

    It seems that both you and your friend said something via messages and both got reported. Best advice is to block, report, and move on from conflicts. As the others have said, visit the website, file an appeal and then simply wait out the ban if the appeal
    doesn't go through.

    Yeah it says im com banned but my friend got the same thing i did when we did nothing. ON THE SAME DAY
