Colors VERY messed up

Ok, so I was just chilling, and I turned off my Xbox, and I want to go watch a movie. And then I came back, and I got on and the colors were very messed up, and I don't know how to fix it.

Press and hold your console's power button until the console turns off, remove the power cord and HDMI cable, after 1 minute, turn your console back on and see if that resolves the issue.

If the problem persists, try using another HDMI cable in another HDMI port on your TV, or if possible, test the console on another TV.

Have you tried to use a different HDMI Cable? Also, have you tried to use a different TV? This is to isolate the issue further.

Oke so fare you've tried all the best options only one left is trying a hd cable if the xbox has a hdmi out.if you still have the problem with hdmi the you know the video chip is dying and you need to sent it in fore repair.thas the only option left i can
think off.
