Color lost from Solitaire games

Same here. For the last couple of days there's been no color in any of the Solitaire games I play each day. It's almost impossible to tell a heart from a spade when there's no color. I've lost all interest in playing these games. I went through the recommended
steps for resolving display problems--installed a new device driver, etc. Nothing worked. Hope it will be fixed soon.

When are they going to fix the color issue for solitaire? Does anybody have a contact phone # or email address to make these jackasses fix it??

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand you are experiencing an issue with logging into the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Short answer, there is no workaround to check the passwords.

I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:

• Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ
  • You need a Microsoft account so that Microsoft Solitaire can save your game progress data to the cloud
• If you have a Microsoft account, just sign in to it from the game.
• If you need help finding your Microsoft account email address or password, use the
  
  Lost Account Solution or the
  Lost Password Solution.

Try this out and let us know the results.

I have done the updates and still lost everything from Jan. and March. I've restarted my computer several times and still no medals (gold for both of those months) and have lost all the coins. Why does this happen on Solitaire, but not Majhongg???

Yeah mine just lost the color and background image in the dashboard
