I've tried unplugging the router and even let it sit for as long as 15 minutes before plugging it back in, but the problem persists. ESPN did come back on for a few hours, but then went back to color bars and won't return. Now every channel is just color
bars or says it can't connect to FIOS server. Games, Netflix, Amazon Video, and everything else works fine.

I agree. my gf and i play on two different consoles and tvs in the living room and it's a bit disconcerting to follow her colored name bar and find the black dude with the gold chain skin with her name floating above LOL. Even just basic face and clothing
color options would make it better.

In my college days we always kept a pack of markers (one of each color) so we could draw on the stamp and smear it a bit and get into the bars for free. Whats wrong with that? LOL.
