Collection will not open

Discus and support Collection will not open in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been trying to view all the collections for the puzzle packs.     Collection will not open


    I have been trying to view all the collections for the puzzle packs. I can only chose the ones listed on the main page. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Solitaire collection will not open???

    Having the same problem since installing Windows 8.1 on both Solitaire & Mahjong.

    What happens when you try to open the app? Does it crash immediately back to the Start screen?
