    Collection on phone 8.1 not synced with collection on cloud


    Hi, it's been two weeks that my phone (windows phone 8.1) is no syncing the streaming collection on cloud. When I downlad or delete something on my phone from xbox music I can't see those changes on my collection when I use the Windows 8.1 app. And vice
    versa. It's like that the phone app is not searching for changes in the cloud collection. I'll try to explain better with an example:

    I removed a 3 Doors Down song from my cloud collection using the Windows 8.1 app. When I go to my collection setted on "streaming only) on my phone, well, that song is still there. As the same way I downloaded an album of John Meyer with the phone app and I
    can't see it in my collection on cloud when I search for it using the app on Windows 8.1 or the web app music.xbox.com.

    It was working until 2 weeks ago. It's a little bit annoying because I have to do the same operations 2 times. what can I do? thank you.

    Thank you for your reply. I have tried the phone both on my home network and my carriers with no difference. I created a playlist on my phone and it synced straight away to my cloud collection on the web. The playlists and music in the web is a mix of matched
    music and Xbox Music but neither are showing on the phone. I have not encountered the same problem with the music app on my PC (Windows 8.1) it is seeing my local music but nothing from the cloud. The only things that seem to be working are the web player
    and the app on my iPad, even my Xbox One has stopped updating my collection.

    How to remove music from the cloud?

    My cloud collection is seriously messed up. I have duplicate albums, albums that are split in two, and content that shouldn't be in my collection at all (perhaps mis-matched content from my "synced" collection). I have been trying to clean this up by removing
    stuff from the cloud collection. I tried this by doing so at music.Xbox.com. However, the changes I'm making there aren't showing up on my devices (Windows Phone 8 and my Surface with Windows 8.1).

    Why aren't these the same? New content shows up, but I can't seem to remove anything, without going to each device, even though I have "cloud" selected.

    Is there a way to "reset" my cloud collection to start over? I would love to clear it entirely and manually add content, since the auto-matching did not do a good job.

    Please help!

    Manage Cloud Music?

    Win7 and the Win8 phone sync does not manage the Xbox Music Pass cloud collection. It seems you can only do it through the Win8 Xbox Music app which is unreliable and slow. And the phone allows for no management of the cloud.

    The cloud syncing to the phone has been a little iffy since it's launch. What the tech support for Xbox Music will tell you is to make sure the tracks you are adding are part of the Cloud. Please note that Music Pass content is not automatically added to
    the Cloud.

    If you're making a playlist out of Music Pass content and that is not syncing, the music has to be added to the Cloud collection, usually through Xbox Music on Windows 8.
