Collection 1 $14.99 was charge to my account with no details?

I would contact xbox them selves for this issue cause if it was a false charge and proven to be a false charge they will refund you the money it happened to me once before but with a 10$ game that I dont even like

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. As the ambassador stated your best option is to talk with support. Here is a guide to request a call from them.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Ok, so, then I'm not paying gold for a year but it's gonna charge me 14.99 in august? The price I was paying for ultimate anyway which includes gold? Shouldn't the charge come august be less than full price because I have gold free til april, thus I'm only
paying for the pass?

With regards to this charge you received, have you tried checking on your account to see if there are any records of the same charge? You may check the order history of your account via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page.

You may also check if you somehow have any recurring subscription on your account by going to the services tabs. As sometimes, there are instances where the recurring bill of the subscription is still on and it will try to charge you. If there are no records showing on your account, if you remember having other email addresses I suggest to also check it and login on the same page. If there are really no charges showing on all your accounts, what I suggest is to contact the bank instead to have it disputed.
