Hi rewards support.

As requested by XBLrewards8 i rejoined rewards services and i'd like to get back my pending credits

Hello gamefantus,

Those Credits have been pending in your account since 3/28. Since it seems like you may be unsure on how our program works, Credits are placed as pending in your account where they will collect until they reach 5000 pending Credits. At that point, we will
automatically schedule you for a deposit, which will place these Credits as usable currency in your Microsoft Account. Additionally, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. Based on when you hit 5000 pending Credits, you will receive your deposit. A
general rule of thumb is if the Credits were placed as pending on the 1st through 15th, they will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month.

For future reference, a complete log of your Credit and Deposit activity can be found on the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).

From our FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed every chapter in the Rewards Story, your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Those Credits are now pending in your account. All information requires up to 96 hours to be processed, which is why your December survey Credits are now pending.

For Gotta Get 'Em All, bundles/collections are not eligible for the offer. Since your purchase was a collection of movies and not each separate movie, it was not eligible for that offer.

Pending cards are those you are waiting to put into a collection. The pending section is just a middleman from My Cards to My Collections. It is there for the sole purpose of Collection transpot.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you only recently hit the 5000 pending Credit requirement for an automatically scheduled deposit (December 4th) you
have not received those pending Credits.
