    Cold war telling me to repurchase we own hard copy


    Hi All,

    My 13 year old son got cold war for Christmas and has played it multiple times,

    After the season 4 update he could no longer play.... Everytime we try and play the came it comes up to "purchase" despite already owning it.

    We have the disc and have tried uninstalling and restalling no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated he's devastated he can't play.

    Try to remove the profile account, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

    If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

    Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If the issue persists, try to reset the console while keeping games & apps.
