Discus and support Cold war might have put a virus on my xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Well, it started up fine, i played the campaign, then it wouldn't let me in the game.     Cold war might have put a virus on my xbox


    Well, it started up fine, i played the campaign, then it wouldn't let me in the game. Fast forward a couple days, i finally decide to uninstall it, but now i cant get in any of my apps or games. Im getting very aggravated and it also uninstalled some of
    my games as well. I dont know what to do. Ive done everything in trouble shooting, even factory reset my xbox.

    It's almost impossible for Xbox to be infected by a virus, so that's probably not the issue.

    Please go to Games and apps > Apps > Microsoft Edge. Press the Menu button and select "Manage App". Delete all the data.

    After that, power cycle your console:

    1​​. Turn off your console.

    2. Unplug all the cables from it (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

    3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again and turn on your console.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
