Cold war keeps crashing

    Cold war keeps crashing


    My cold war keeps crashing in the middle of games. Anyone have any suggestions to why. I'm playing on the new Xbox X

    I crash on 2k21 next gen version. Some on cold war. Sometimes even on the dashboard.

    I accidentally purchased Cold War standard edition on my Series X. The standard version is barely playable because it always crashes the console. I tried to get a refund for the game, but it was 16 days and not 14 days after digital purchase. I would like
    to get the cross-gen version of Cold War, so that I can play without it always crashing. So far Xbox support has denied my request based on the 14 day rule. I think they could make an exception.
