    family sharing dlc

    I have a 9 year old brother who has a silver xbox live membership and i have a gold membership, is there any way that we cold share our content? it would be a waste of money to buy the same dlc twice. his account was made on my xbox but he recently got my
    old one when i got an upgrade for christmas. So we now have separate xboxs, how can we share content?

    Unfortunately the free month is no longer available. If you just bought a console, there should be a 14 day trial code in the box. Otherwise, you'll want to keep an eye on the dashboard for any offers.

    Xbox One in a multi-system home

    That works fine if you're the one using the lions share of the consoles. This won't work for most, myself included because there are more than one using the consoles at one time. I have a gold membership downstairs, one of my sons plays upstairs on one console
    while my other son plays on his console downstairs in a different room. There's no way that they cold split a membership due to the fact that they are usually on at the same time. That would still be $180 for me for all three consoles.

    I love the move to the Home Gold, the problem is that is leaves Xbox 360 families out in the cold, unless of course they shell out the cash to upgrade to the Xbox one. The PS4 is doing the same thing. It seems like the next gen thing to do
