COMPREI UM XBOX ONE S E TENHO DUVIDAS SOBRE OS JOGOS COMPRADOS DE 25 DÍGITOS. POIS PESQUISEI E MUITAS PESSOAS ESTÃO TENDO PROBLEMA DE BANIÇÃO, POIS OS JOGOS DE ALGUNS VENDEDORES ESTÃO SENDO COMPRADO DE FORMA ILÍCITA, SENDO ASSIM PREJUDICANDO
O CONSUMIDOR FINAL. APOS A COMPRA TERIA UM SUPORTE OU UM CHAT PARA EU ENVIAR O CÓDIGO PARA PASSAR POR UMA VERIFICAÇÃO PARA VER SE ELE TEM ALGUMA RESTRIÇÃO?

Erro 8C150009

Comprei um cartão Live Gold de 12 meses para meu Xbox 360. Quando fui em resgatar código de 25 dígitos, o código leu tranquilo, mas logo após aparece uma mensagem de erro com o código: 8C150009. Onde esse erro não existe no catálogo da Microsoft.

Olá, acabei de resgatar um codigo de 25 dígitos comprado pelo mercado livre. Resgatei k codigo no meu xbox 360. Deu tudo ok. Mas nao entrou a live. Era uma live pra 14 dias... Agradeço um retorno

Olá amigo!

Procure comprar jogos ou gift cards de lojas oficiais, ou da própria loja do Xbox.

E caso optar pelo código de 25 dígitos sempre peça a foto do cartão com o código, ao invés de somente o código. Isso comprova que é verdadeiro e não terá problemas.

Pesquisei alguns YouTube e eles falaram que alguns jogos estavam sendo comprado com cartões clonados e quando a Microsoft descobriam tavam banindo a conta que estava com os jogos comprados com cartões clonados.

Queria saber se realmente isso é verdade . E também queria saber qual o risco que eu tenho em comprar 25 dígitos ..

If you purchase from a third party, like eBay there is no guarantee that you are purchasing the right content for the right region unless you contact support at

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us to have it looked at. Worst case scenario, you spend money with another website and lose it.
