codice xbox live scaduto (Expired Xbox Live Code)

Buonasera,

ho acquistato un codice xbox live 3 mesi + ulteriori 3 mesi.

Il primo codice è andato a buon fine, terminato il trimestre, ho inserito il secondo ma si è visualizzato un messaggio che diceva testualmente: "questo
token è scaduto e non potr essere riscattato".

Ho provato più volte a contatarvi tramite n° telefonico e sito Supporto clienti Xbox One | Supporto clienti Xbox 360 | Supporto clienti Xbox Live e per la fatturazione, per essere ricontatatato, ma a distanza di ormai 10 gg. non sono riuscito a parlare con alcun vs.
operatore. E il problema è ancora irrisolto.Attendo un vs. cortese riscontro.

per 2 volte ho trovato la chat chiusa e dopo aver provato provato per telefon ma attendendo per decine di minuti senza aver risposta, ho richiesto la telefonata dal supporto. La tempistica prevista era di circa 9 min. ma mi hanno chiamato dopo 2 gg. Dato
però che ero impegnato non ho risposto e poi non mi hanno più ne risposto ne ricontattato.
