Salve,il 23 febbraio mi e arrivata una mail con un codice xbox da 5 euro,pero guardando ho visto che era scaduta da 1 anno,solo che l email mi e arrivata 2 settimane fa.

Vorrei spiegazioni,grazie.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with redeeming a code you received via email that was already expired.

Actually, Xbox Customer Support will be unable to assist you with this.

At this point, your best bet would be to
request a new digital code, however, this will require that you provide significant amount of info in regards to how and when you received it. I recommend that you provide the most info you can in order to receive favorable results.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Xbox live code and live support.

The best way to get this resolved is to contact a live support agent.

When the call line is full, then it can take a bit of time before a live agent may reach out to customers.

As the post above says, contact support to see what could be done with the Code.

Just make sure to also have Proof of purchase and the code.

I tried to contact the assistance but I did not receive any answer.

From the support I asked to be contacted, the waiting forecast was 9 min, but after 2 days nobody had called me.
