Hi to all my gave me a present, Dynasty Warriors 9 Deluxe, I am wrong to say that the code is not from my region, my brother lives in Argentina I in Italy what can I do?

Ciao a tutti mi hanno fatto un regalo, Dynasty Warriors 9 Deluxe, mi da errore dice che il codice non è della mia regione, mio fratello abita in Argentina io in Italia cosa posso fare?

Thank you for reaching out. I see your cousin gifted you a code for Dynasty Warriors 9 Deluxe, but are unable to redeem it due to conflicting regions. Unfortunately, you will need to obtain a code from your respective region, in this case Italy. If the purchase
was done from our Microsoft Store, have your cousin
request the refund as you will not be able to use it yourself. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately if the code is region locked, there is nothing that can be done. Your brother could ask for a refund from where he purchased it and try finding a website where he can buy an Italian code.
