Se il codice è stato effettivamente riscattato, vuol dire che il gioco è disponibile (compare come acquistato) per l'utente che ha riscattato il codice. Questo implica che il codice non sia più utilizzabile.

Quindi o ci sono problemi nell'utilizzo del codice stesso, ma se è stato riscattato come dici li escluderei, oppure i problemi sono altri. Riesci ad avere maggiori info riguardo i problemi, come ad esempio
un errore e/o codice di errore, così è troppo generico.

E scusa se mi permetto, ma quanto è affidabile l'acquirente?

Ad ogni modo, per qualche info in più sul codice stesso, l'unica è contattare il support come ti hanno suggerito al post precedente, sul forum non si riesce a fare nulla del genere.
