    Io ho in possesso un account minecraft premium da dove è possibile riscattare un codice o gift card che ti permette di avere minecraft Windows 10. Quel codice è gi stato usato ma non lo usato io, potrei riaverlo indietro?

    Prova a vedere se il codice è scritto correttamente e eventualmente correggi gli errori, se non funziona il rivenditore deve rimborsarti o annullare il vecchio codice per dartene un altro,

    Sì lo so il gioco l'ho gi terminato ma il cavallo da guerra non era presente, penso il problema sia stato che non avevo effettuato l'accesso al mio account Microsoft quando sono andata sullo store di Xbox a inserire questo codice, e quando ho provato
    a reinserirlo effettuando l'accesso mi dice che il codice è gi stato riscattato.. In questo caso come posso fare? Grazie per le risposte.

    Ciao, con una settimana di ritardo, volevo dirvi che sono riuscito a far funzionare tutto. Gtazie mille a tutti!!!!

    Però ho installato RDR2 sulla mia console con il mio account, ma quando vado per riscattare il codice del dlc (cosa che avevo gi fatto nell'account di mio fratello) mi dice che è gia stato riscattato... c'è una soluzione a questo?
