Codes not Working. Entire XBOX 360 Gears of War Collection included for purchashing Gears of ...

Hello,

I bought Gears of War on physical disc from Amazon.com, it came with a card with 4 codes, for each previous Gears of War Game.

I've never been able to redeem 1, 2 or 3, I could only download Judgement.

Online chat support told me to post here, because "Our sales and promotions team will reply to you via console, they will provide you a new code to use." So here I am.

Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection was not received

I bought the Xbox One Gears of War 4 bundle (1TB), which included "For a limited time, free download of entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection". However, I never received the code.

Xbox Gears of War 4 and did not receive xbox 360 collection bonus codes

I purchased Gears of war 4 bundle, and have not received the Xbox 360 entire gears of war collection (playable on xbox one) as described bundle description (for Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4)

 

Support here would not be able to get you replacement codes since it was purchased as a physical disc from Amazon. You'd have to contact them for an exchange. But if you post the error message/code you receive when trying to redeem the codes it'll help narrow
down if the issue is with the codes themselves or not.

 

well two things first

No edition of gears of war ever came with prepaid codes with the legacy games

They were only distributed via system MSG if you qualified

If there was a retail game with them you have to contact the seller

Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to on
account.live.com?

To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. You could be in a country or region that's not officially supported and it could mean that some features may not
work properly including redeeming some codes as they are region locked.

gears 1 and 3 are region locked and if you live in Japan you can't redeem any of the codes as they are different from American marketplace
