    I subscribed to the VIP offers, saving my GamerTag to activate my participation applies to people who bought the Xbox console One before 1 January 2014;

    Being eligible for this offer, I was normally receive an email with a code 15 € to use on Xbox Live Marketplace, a code of the game Fifa 14 dematerialized, and a 3-month subscription to Xbox Live.

    Today we are in June and I still have not received this email with my famous gifts rewards, this is not normal, while I am eligible for this offer.

    Waiting for your reply, clear, and an email with my gifts!

    Never Received Fallout 3 code for pre-ordering and buying Fallout 4 on Xbox One Store

    HI, I never received my Fallour 3 code for pre-ordering and buying fallout 4 dlc on my Xbox One

    I paid 91.98 canadian on my mastercard for the fallout 4 game on xbox one store. If you need my order number I will send it to you.

    ALSO the following has been done ....

    I have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/fallout-4 to make sure that Iam eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4 wich gives me fallout 3.

    Secondly, the message was never sent me because I check my messages daily on xbox one.

    II was never sent a fallout 3 code for buying fallout 4, and believe I should have received it by now,

    I have not received my $10 gift card that was promised to me upon buying a month of xbox live gold. I saw the promotional offer on the xbox dashboard on my xbox 360. I purchased the month on Feb. 4th and it ended on March 4th. Up until this day I have not
    received the gift card. I have a reference code that a representative gave to me to check up on the gift card.-

    That is why my registration had been activated with my GamerTag.

    A friend received it there's one week, his gifts, except the code of the game FIFA 14.

    But he was well received 3 month subscription to Xbox Live, and the code 15 €.

    And I had nothing!

    Then you did receive what you were supposed. As I said earlier, as a rewards member you're supposed to receive the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift code. Anyone who is not a Rewards member would receive the $10 code. The microsoftstore.com emails were
    never updated to show the rewards offer, but that is per the terms of the offer.

    Just buy it digitally from any retailer that offers a code. I gift codes all the time. I've never had anyone I've given a code to have an issue.
