    xbox one 0-2 so far. No games will play

    Neither COD Advanced Warfare or GTAV will play. Both just hang on startup. Sending mine back. Too bad MS ruined my kid's xmas

    Can anyone tell me why my console was banned, never once modified anything!!

    Seriously, it's my kid's xbox and bad timing during vacation break.

    What's going on

    do your kids use the Xbox, believe it or not kids these days commit fraud and do naughty things on line all the time, it is one of the leading causes of being banned, kids maybe angels but not all the time, if they use your account and do something bad then boom, banned, if you are the parent of their accounts and they do something bad, boom your banned.

    Microsoft ban accounts all the time for the smallest of things.
