    Codes for legacy Gears of War games from GoW4 Ultimate Edition missing


    I purchased the new Xbox one GoW4 Ultimate Edition, and downloaded the game on the 6th of October.

    According to the chat support, I should have received the download codes for the legacy versions of GoW within 10 business days. Now, I am on business day #11, and still waiting.

    Please provide the codes.

    Question about the gears of war legacy collection

    I purchased the limited edition gears of war console that comes with gears of war 4 ultimate edition. I was wondering when i will receive the codes for the legacy collection. I purchased the console and redeemed the code oct. 21st.

    Well - actually the exact answer I got from Microsoft support chat was:

    Portia B

    Upon checking with my resources you will receive your other token 7 to 10 business days from the time you have download the game.

    10 business days --> 14 days in a normal calendar. That does not change the fact that I still have not received any codes for the legacy games.

    Where did you get the information on the timeline? Source, please...

    you do realize it came out on the 11th and we ain't on the 25th yet

    Its not from the date your purchased it but when you redeemed the code

    As the recent post by support its been upgraded to a month

    You will just have to wait

    Tuesday is th 14th day

    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.
