Codes for Gow1 and Gow3 are not working

Hello there,

I've been given free codes for the Gears of War collections for purchasing the Gears of War 4 -- which is awesome. I was able to redeem the Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment; but the other two codes for Gow1 and Gow3 are not working. It has been a
week now. Already talked to one of you tech support but with no avail -- they kept referring me here. Anywho, can I please get codes that actually work?

Gears of War 4 additional game content codes not working

GOW 1 and GOW3 codes not working. GOW1 and GOW JUDGEMENT codes both work tho.

Missing GOW2 key and GOW 1 key is not working

Hi,

I received the codes for GOW1, GOW judgement and GOW3.

So I am missing GOW 2 code and another problem ist the GOW1 key does not work.

Please help me

The Gears of War codes, 1 and 3 specifically, are extra finicky when it comes to redemption. The usual cause of redemption issues we see is that people often have a region mismatch between their Xbox Live account and their physical location. Please double
check that your >>Xbox Live account region matches your current physical location<< and try
again. Also do note that the codes will only work in supported regions as well.

I am in the Philippines. The region I use that is closest to the Philippines that is is available on the Region list is Hong Kong -- so I use Hong Kong. It doesn't work.

Don't tell me I can't use the codes and that's it.

Unfortunately if the region you're located in is not an Xbox Live supported region, selecting another region would not help, as cross-region accounts aren't supported. Unfortunately we aren't able to provide a solution other than setting your console and account
to your physical locale. Unfortunately, if it isn't available on the list of regions you may have trouble redeeming your codes. Thanks for your understanding.
