    How do I redeem a code on Xbox one without kinect?

    You can manually put the code in by going to Store/Games and "use a code" tile is on the right under search games.

    I have called xbox numbers of time about my code for games. On March 30,2012 I joined xbox live gold for 6-months with the notice of receiving 5 free games.

    I have not receive them yet. Every time I call I'm being told I'll receive them @ a dates later the next month...my last reference number is 1180200251.

    Please look into this and let me know why I haven't receive the code for those games....HALO REACH, FABLE III, KINECT SPORTS, TOY SOLDERS, KINECT GAMES:

    Is the code for the same game you purchased? Codes are one time use only so if you had purchased the game by code and redeemed the code, the game is already tied to your account.
