Codes are sent in waves

I too am having the same issue. I was told ten working days. Today is the 10th working day. Still no code, I contact support and today they say now a month. This is very poor service. I have lost faith in this system. It is my first xbox and has been a bad
experience. At this time i believe in a month i will be calling back and asking where my codes are. I expect them to say be pa

The promotion is, gow 4 ultimate edition which i preordered and recieved and installed on oct 12. The content i have not recieved yet is the dl codes for gow 1,2&3. The game was enclosed with the gow 4 ultimate edition console that i purchased on oct 12
from amazon.ca. I live in Canada and my account is Canadian and is in good standing. This is my very first xbox system.
