    J'ai besoin d'aide svp...

    J'ai acheter le jeu Resident Evil 2 remake, avec la pré-commande on m'a offert un code pour les armes speciales.

    Alors voila mon pb :

    J'ai entré le code via un ordianateur sur mon compte xbox sur le site microsoft, dans mon historique c'est donc ecrit "vous possedez ce produit". Mais lorsque je me connecte sur ma console, rien n'a été installé...

    Je reviens donc sur le site, et coté de "vous possedez ce produit" c'est ecrit "installer sur mes appareils", je clique dessus, je coche ma xbox one et je cique sur "installer sur mon appareil". Mais ensuite, sur ma console, toujours rien, aucun bonus
    n'a été installé...

    Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider svp ?

    Hi there,

    this is most likely caused by the current Service issue regarding Purchase & Content Usage, which could prevent you from downloading items you own. Please see this link for the most recent update regarding this issue:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    When the service issue has been resolved you should be able to download your content again

    Let us know the results.

    pour une sortie aussi importante, moi je préfére prendre la securiter, j'ai preco a micromania, sur de l'avoir demain a l'ouverture, sur les sites de ventes, pas sur qu'elle arrive demain chez vous.

    pour un jeux, sa passe 1 ou 2 jours de retard, mais pas pour la ONE !!
