Code won’t redeem

Yes it’s a different code, but for the same product e.g shark card for gta5.

Both codes come with what’s called the premium pack, and now I’ve already redeemed one it won’t let me redeem the other, but all I want is the money not the other bits

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

If the Robux code you got using Microsoft Rewards won’t redeem on either the standard Redeem page or in your Roblox account settings, here’s what I recommend:

1. Double-check that you’re using the right platform

Robux gift cards from Microsoft Rewards can only be redeemed at https://www.roblox.com/redeem.

They won’t work on the Xbox/Microsoft redeem page: https://redeem.microsoft.com

2. Look carefully at the code format

Robux codes are usually a mix of letters and numbers, around 12–15 characters long. If yours looks too short or has special characters, copy it again directly from your Rewards order history to make sure nothing got cut off.

3. Wait a few minutes and try again

Sometimes codes take a few minutes to activate on Roblox’s servers. Try again after 10–15 minutes if it still says invalid.

4. Check your Microsoft Rewards order

Go here to confirm you redeemed the 400 Robux:

Click “See Code” next to the Robux reward.

If the code still won’t work after all that, Roblox Support is the only team that can check what’s going on with the gift card:

I apologize but there is no workaround. According to Xbox support:

"If you redeem a Microsoft or Xbox gift card in a country that doesn’t match the country associated with your billing account, you won’t be able to use those funds."

Sorry, both Independent Advisors are incorrect here.

You can of course always request a refund or contact support directly, but the refund won’t be approved as per the terms and conditions I shared in my previous reply. This applies to codes for both games and subscriptions.

This is generally for anything you can redeem. If you redeem an Amazon gift card, for example, their support also won’t be able to refund you or transfer the balance to another account.
