    I received a code from a Snickers NFL 2015 Game & Sweepstakes I used the code which customer support shows to have been used on my account but the item isn't in my avatar items. So customer support told me to post here.

    my money that i put in on my xbox one through a xbox pre paid card ?

    I bought a pre paid card and put the money on my account through my x1 and it works fine I bought loco racer and killer instinct but I went to xbox.com and went to buy something for my avatar and it says I have no funds so is there some problem or does it
    have something to do with the avatar store , I had the codes for 6 avatar items from before and the codes worked fine and show up on my x1 avatar so I am totally lost because I cant purchase any avatar items do to insufficient funds even though I have money
    on my x1.

    Sorry to hear it. If a code was used by you on your account but does not show up on your account then that would be a billing issue that they will need to help you with.

    I would suggest contacting them again for further assistance.

    Hi Rudy,

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I would like to clarify did your son redeem the code under your account and is it not showing up? As long as the code was redeemed on the account that you play through it should grant you the items in game.

    Check your
    order history     through your account to see if it shows up that the code was redeemed on there.

    If it's not showing up double check under what account he was signed in through to see if it was redeemed on a different account.

    You account is showing up as Silver on the website also, I would suggest try to redeem the code again and see if it goes through. If it did you through you should have gotten a email in your billing contact email that it was redeemed. If you didn't get the
    email, the code didn't go through or you redeemed it on the wrong account.

    How can I redeem my vbucks gift card on my Xbox?

    What about other codes such as item codes, I redeemed mine through the microsoft store on pc, and have an epic games account connected to my xbox account, yet the products do not show up in my fortnite account whatsoever, not the skins or the vbucks that I was meant to recieve. Is there any other steps I need to do?
