    Hello,

    I accidently used a code for v-bucks on a wrong account. I thought i only had one account but after entering the code it did not show up on my Xbox . I then found I had 2 accounts on 2 different mail adresses . Is it possible to move my bought credits to
    my other account?

    Microsoft would not be able to refund you, or transfer funds to another account. You would need to contact Epic Games, and they may be able to help you.

    Hi if you purchase through in game currency or credit card then you can make a refund request but you redeem the code so now nothing happens you can't move purchase from one account to other
