Code "Trial period" 14days + 14days + 2 days not cumulative and not integrated

Hello. On December 26 or 27, 2017, I entered 3 codes "Test periods". The 1st was a 14 days, the 2nd was a 14 days and the 3rd a 2 days. The problem: The 1st, it ended this morning, but since the cumulative option is not functional, the test periods of the
2nd and 3rd code have not started. So my problem is: since I already used these codes, the system reminds me that they have already been used, so I no longer have access to "xboxlive gold". So I lost the offer "trial period" 14days + 2 days

Game pass not activating?

I got the free 14days free trial period. On my account it says that i have game pass, but when I try to see the games it says that i have to buy it... When I go to the Xbox game pass tab, it just says that i have to get it, even though i have it allready.

Please help fast. the free period doesnt last that long.

Gold trials do not stack. So each time you entered a new code, you overwrote the previous code.

 

So what you say I had noticed, otherwise I will not be here. If I use the forum "support" it is also to know what are my possibilities to claim a possible commercial gesture?

 

Unfortunately the codes are one time use and cannot be recovered. Codes are not given via the forums.

 

I just called the customer service "Microsoft / account", unfortunately, this service is not able to intervene. So the agent transferred me to the customer service "Xboxlive", and 45 minutes !! waiting later, the standard failed. So I call again, and apparently
the service is overloaded because there I wait for 25 minutes now. They make fun of us ? What is happening ? More than an hour of waiting is abused!

As mentioned by Smwutches, Xbox Live trial codes do not stack. This is not an issue our chat or phone team can assist with as it is by design that trial codes do not stack. Thank you for understanding.
