    Hi, I contacted this forum regarding the FIFA 16 pre-order bonus of a month of EA Access and I received an answer. The answer gave me my code but when I tried to redeem, it didn't work and said it was already redeemed.

    I've already done that and they haven't sent me the correct code, and a representative told me to post here and you guys would send me the correct code. I don't understand why I keep getting the run around.

    Since this promotion is a few months old, is it possible this code could have been used on a friend or family members Xbox live account when the code was originally sent?

    It's not possible that could've happened. I'm the only one with my account details, therefore no one could've seen this code. Any chance someone may have guessed my code or something?

    Hey, Kurtis! This isn't possible. What Mister Beep meant was maybe someone on your console had redeemed your token on accident. It's a common scenario. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace codes that were already redeemed. We are only able to recover
    deleted tokens from messages.
