Code sent by Xbox

Received code from Xbox Live and was told to post here to redeem it since it appears to have been activated way before I received it. I got this case number 13363724. I keep getting something went wrong error.

Received $90 dollar currency code. It just keeps saying something went wrong after I click the confirm button.

 

Hey, Rare! There should be an error code with that message. It might start with 0x or SVC, and it might be located on the bottom right of your TV screen if you're redeeming it on your console, or on the bottom left if you're redeeming it on your PC. Get
back to us with that so that we can look into it further!

Just to check, is it possible the region of your account is set to somewhere other than where you're physically located? If you're located somewhere else than where your account is set to, you may have trouble redeeming a currency code. To change the region
check out the steps on

Unfortunately it looks like this code has indeed expired on 4/11, and the Xbox Live message you received with the code does note the expiration date. Since the code has expired, unfortunately we are unable to assist further with this issue.
