    https://billing.microsoft.com and seeing whether the points were successfully added or not. You may also want to double check with the retailer to make sure the code was successfully activated. Feel

    If the code shows as redeemed, then it be an issue with the retailer (in this case Amazon).

    When you redeemed it on xbox 1 what happened?

    If the code was accepted on xbox 1 it has already been redeemed and cannot be used again. To find that game on your xbox 360 you will need to visit the purchase history and you should be able to download it again on xbox 360

    It gave me an error on the xbox 1s and said it wasn't compatible with this system. Then I looked at my download slip from Amazon and realized I had purchased a game for xbox 360. It will only work on their 360...
