    Code redemption message disappeared


    I pre ordered Halo Wars 2 ultimate edition and i recieved a message with a code to get Halo Wars definitive edition. The message must have expired because it's gone now and I didnt get a chance to redeem the code. Is there any way for me to retrieve that
    message? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I lost my redemption code for Halo: ODST. I fit the criteria from the MCC launch and have the email, but the code disappeared from my messages before I was able to redeem it.
