    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    ChiefJoboo - Are you saying you have to wait for the first sub to expire, then the code will work?

    Im getting the Xbos-0x80169CF9 error.

    I have tried from the console and website.

    Error Message on Xbox 360 cosole: This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code.
