Code Redeeming Issue

I recently got in contact with a virtual agent and brought up the issue with them but was told to create a post here so that the issue could be further addressed.

I pre ordered the Exclusive version of Gears of War 4, and with it came a pack of cards for redeeming. After I had redeemed the "Swarm" emblem code, I then redeemed the "Phoenix Omen Lancer" weapon skin code. But when I did it told me that I had redeemed
"Swarm" emblem.

This confused me since I had just redeemed that code for the emblem already right before I had redeemed this code. Upon going to the main menu of the game I saw that the "Phoenix Omen Lancer" weapon skin had not been unlocked. (The emblem however had)

The virtual agent had me give her both codes, upon which she confirmed that both of the codes were set to give me "Swarm" emblem. She then told me that after creating this post and informing of the problem I would receive a new code for the "Phoenix Omen Lancer"
weapon skin.

I hope this resolves my issue.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

Issue redeeming code

Just had a look on commerce.microsoft.com and it is showing a Microsoft Account credit of £15 on 26/03/14, which is correct, so how come I can't use it to make purchases?

 

I was trying to put the code in for the Phoenix Omen Lancer and the code said it was for a swan emblem so i really want my phoenix omen lancer weapon please

I have this issue as well. Not a huge deal to me but would like the skin.

 

I also got one of the misprinted cards for the Phoenix Omen Lancer. Redeemed it like The Coalition said to do and then messaged them. It's been a week and they haven't gotten back to me. Can Xbox/Microsoft help get me the right code? I spent about 45 minutes
in chat with a virtual agent, and after all that time she just told me to make a post here and that I would be "addressed automatically" and that I will "receieve an email with regards of your concern". HELP!!
