Code redeeming error for Gears of War 2 (XBOS-4000)

Good day,

After almost a month since receiving the GOW promotion codes, i still have this XBOS-4000 error. What i found out is that Gears of War 2 is currently not available to be purchased in my locale (UAE). The 3 other games (GOW 1, GOW 3 and GOW : Judgment) were
already redeemed and can be purchased digitally also. It means the code that has been given to me cannot be used because the game that is trying to be redeemed by this code is not present in the store, thus receiving XBOS-4000 error. Check the links below:

I might be wrong in this one, but if someone could clarify and gives the best solution for this would be highly appreciated

Gears of War Code

Hello,

i tried to redeem my Gears of War Code or better said, all 3 of them ...

I received 2 Codes from Xbox Live for bying Gears of War 4 and the last one came with my Box of the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition ... NONE OF THEM WORK!! The other Codes did though.

Any ideas? I´m getting sick of those Error Codes, bought the Ultimate Edition for a reason.
