    Code redeemed successfully but game won't appear in xbox app


    I bought Watch Dogs Legion from HRK games, went to https://www.xbox.com/en-au and redeemed the code with no issues, but when I got to the Microsoft Store app and check my library, or the XBOX app, the game doesn't appear anywhere. If I try to redeem it again, it says that the game is already redeemed. Where do I find the game?

    I'm using windows 10 if it helps.

    Hi DanielKroker, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    We need to validate first if the transaction is successful. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if it's visible as redeemed. Once confirmed, click the game icon and then scroll down a bit to check the information under "Playable On".

    You will be able to see if it's for Xbox or PC. Because as I have checked the version on Microsoft Store is for Xbox consoles only.

    This is a game add-on that works with the main/base game: Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.

    Open Microsoft Store. And then navigate to your game library, select the game you want add-ons for, and then look for a section labeled "DLC," "Add-ons," or "Expandable Content".

    Hi there is no option to add on. It is a preorder exclusive. It is not on the store or on the game add on section. It is not in the downloads either.
