    I have purchased a code for a fifa game and as prompted redeemed the code on my pc. The code is now unavailable to downlode on my sons xbox where it is intended to be used. How can I un-redeem the code from my pc in order to have it available on the xbox?

    The code would be tied to the account that redeemed it, not the device. The only way it only be available for the PC, is if the code was for something that was only for PC. If you were signed into your account when you redeemed the code, you would need to sign into your son's console in order to download it. If you were signed into your son's account, he can find the game in his library under Games and Apps.

    As mentioned above, if you used the same account attached to your profile on Xbox, it should be able to play there. Check your "ready to install" section or look for whatever you used on the store. If it was a subscription, check settings and select subscriptions
    from the account tab.

    The code would be tied to the account that it was applied to. As long as you were signed into the same account you use on the Xbox then the content can still be used on the Xbox if it is for the Xbox.
